I offer comprehensive support for every stage of your journey, from early pregnancy, birth attendance, through to postpartum. With both personal and professional experience and access to a wide range of evidence based resources and support networks, I will provide personalised care for you and your partner.
Whether you're looking for childbirth education, detailed birth planning, fear release work, labour preparation, continuous physical and emotional labour support, or nurturing postpartum care, I'll be your servant, advocate and biggest fan. With my soft intuitive presence, I will hold your hand - literally and figuratively - while you navigate the complex and sometimes overwhelming maternity system, helping you feel confident, strong, and empowered.
NEW SERVICES IN 2025
Birth Processing
I will soon be offering trauma informed birth processing (birth debriefing) sessions. These sessions create a safe space for women to process their birth stories, whether they were traumatic or joyful. Every story deserves to be heard!
Birth Preparation
This 1:1 birth preparation service focuses on releasing fears and exploring your beliefs about birth. I will guide you to uncover the influences shaping your perspective (cultural norms, family stories, media portrayals, etc.) and move through them with curiosity and compassion.
Women's Circles
Women's circles are a safe, judgement-free space where women come together to be truly seen, heard and supported. These gatherings will focus on pregnancy, birth, and motherhood but all women are welcome. Whether you're entering this season of life and seeking guidance or have already journeyed through it and craving connection, your voice matters.
Circles will be held in Koo Wee Rup (or close by) with frequency to be decided. Please contact me to express your interest.
